Home Care

Bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
Meals and nutrition support
Mobility and transfers

Care Management

Personalized care plans
Coordinating services at JFS and with other providers
Ongoing communication with family
Bill paying and budgeting help
Assisting with transitions to a retirement community or assisted living facility
Maintaining your home, including pet care and coordinating upkeep and repairs
Serving as a guardian, conservator, power of attorney or advanced medical directive agent

Senior Engagement

Friendly Visitor volunteers visit weekly with homebound seniors
Telephone Reassurance volunteers make check-in phone calls to seniors every weekday morning
EnRich, in partnership with the Weinstein JCC, a monthly lunch and speaker series for seniors
